Perry Silver is a native of Long Island, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude in Biology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1978. During college, and dental school, Dr. Silver received extensive training and experience in Fresh Water and Organic Chemistry, Dental Implant Technology, Dental Assisting/Education, and Dental Laboratory Technology.
